Paseo is made up of several neighborhoods including the Village Residences, the Casitas and four single family home neighborhoods featuring the signature, heirloom, traditional and master series of homes.

The Village Residences at Paseo are multi-family homes including flats, town homes and split-level town homes.  Flats range in size from 1,200 to over 1,700 square feet. The Casitas offer privacy of a single-family home with the ease of maintenance-free living. These homes have no shared walls – but are connected by a trellis. The casitas have two or three bedrooms, two and a half baths and two floors of living space.

 The single family homes include one and two story homes ranging in size from 1,649 square feet to over 3,400 square feet. These homes range from two bedroom two bath homes to three bedroom, three bath homes. Some floor plans include a separate cabana bedroom/bathroom suite. All include a one or two car garage.
